Whenever possible, we will combine shipping for multiple small accessories on the same order. The shipping and handling charge covers the cost of standard shipping. If you require expedited shipping, the shipping fees will be greater. You must contact us for a quote if you require expedited shipping.

Handguns are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air and Long Guns ship UPS Ground.

Shipping policy for credit card purchases

Due to high amounts of fraud, credit card orders will ONLY be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. There are no exceptions to this policy.

HAWAII OR ALASKA ORDERS

Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii will be greater than our standard charges. Please call to get a quote on shipping.
 

VERY IMPORTANT - FIREARM RETURNS!!  Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired.  Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession.  Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. 

We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection.  However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy).  By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer.  If we do receive a defective firearm that has already been transferred, we will simply forward the firearm to the manufacturer on your behalf.  Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees.  However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.

 

PICKING UP ITEMS FROM OUR RETAIL STORE
If you intend to pick up an item from our retail store that you have ordered, be sure to call in advance to see if your order is ready.  Normally, items will be in the store within 3 to 5 working days after ordering.

Additionally, federal firearm laws prevent, INTERSTATE ARMORY, from shipping firearms directly to individuals without a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will ONLY ship them to a licensed FFL Dealer.

In order to purchase your firearm online and have it transferred to a licensed FFL dealer, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete your firearm purchase online
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number.
2. Find an FFL dealer near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.
3. Contact your FFL dealer and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from INTERSTATE ARMORY. Keep in mind that most dealers charge a fee for a firearm transfer.
4. Print and fill out our FFL Transfer Form. Be sure to include your Order Number. Have your FFL dealer mail, e-mail or fax the form with a copy of their signed FFL license to:

1. Upon receipt of the signed FFL and transfer form from the dealer, we will ship the firearm to them.  Please note:

• Handguns must ship air freight due to shipping regulations.
•  Long guns may ship ground instead of air freight.
• We do not ship outside the United States.
• Firearms will not be shipped to any restricted locations.

1. Once your FFL dealer receives your firearm, they will perform your background check. You will then need to complete all the necessary paperwork and pick up your gun. 

• You do not need an FFL to purchase ammunition online.
• All ammunition will be shipped UPS ground.
• We can ship ammunition to your door via UPS.
• When you are checking out, you must select UPS Ground if you are purchasing ammunition.
• Ammunition cannot be shipped air freight, due to shipping regulations.
• Ammunition and firearms must be purchased separately.
• For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
• Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.

Credit Card Numbers

Your credit card transaction is conducted through a secure server. Your credit card number is stored only long enough for a charge to be made to it. Once the charge is completed, the number is removed from our server to guarantee your safety and privacy.

E-mail Addresses

We understand the annoyance of receiving junk e-mail. So, we want you to know that your e-mail address will never be given out or sold to any outside party, even ones that you might be interested in. This ensures that when you give your e-mail address to us for ordering or account purposes, you will not receive any other e-mail resulting from that action.

Our regular e-mails are limited to order confirmations, customer questions, and periodic emails concerning specials and promotions. If you have an account with us, you may choose to not receive our e-mail updates.

Personal Information

We never give out your e-mail address, as described above, and the same applies for your personal information. Any names or addresses provided will only be used by you the customer and by us for ordering or shipping purposes. INTERSTATE ARMORY complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws governing the sale, transfer and ownership of firearms.

In addition, when you use any current or future, service, visit or purchase from any business affiliated with INTERSTATE ARMORY, whether or not included in the INTERSTATE ARMORY Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

Firearms are dangerous. By purchasing through this system you agree to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use the firearms in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose.

Item Availability (Guaranteeing you will get the item)

Occasionally we have only one item in stock and more than one person orders it. We will honor the first order with credit card information. If we run out of stock we will cancel your order and refund your money.

Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will return the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer orders one, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that INTERSTATE ARMORY will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
